1. Parcel Opening Video: A continuous 360° parcel-opening video is mandatory for all complaints. Please ensure the video is clear and recorded without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
2. Video Proof for Complaints: To help us verify and resolve issues fairly, complaints submitted without a valid parcel-opening video cannot be accepted.
3. Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, incorrect, or missing from the order.
4. Beads, Stones & Packaging: Loose or fallen beads or stones, crumpled boxes, and minor damage to box edges are not considered product damage and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
5. Product Preference & Quality: We kindly request you to choose your products carefully, as returns or refunds cannot be offered if you dislike the product or its quality after receiving it. Thank you for understanding!
6. Colour Variations: Our product photographs are taken using a mobile phone. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions and individual screen brightness or display settings. Such minor variations are not eligible for returns or refunds.
7. Return Shipping Charges: For approved returns involving damaged, incorrect, or missing products, Levi Pops will cover the applicable return shipping charges. Please contact us before sending any product back.
8. Refund Processing: For approved returns, your refund will be processed once we receive the returned package and verify the product and complaint.
9. Return Claim Time Limit: All return claims must be made within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Claims submitted after this time may not be accepted.
