Shipping Policy

At Levi Pops, we strive to pack and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch: Regular orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business working days from the date of order confirmation. Bulk and customised orders may require 5–10 business working days for processing and dispatch, depending on the quantity and customisation requirements.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time: South India: approximately 3–5 business working days. North India: approximately 7–15 business working days. Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and not guaranteed dates. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there are any significant updates or delays, we will inform you accordingly.
  3. Tracking Details: Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking ID will be shared with you so you can follow your shipment.
  4. Tracking Your Order: Tracking your package and staying updated on its delivery status is the customer's responsibility. We kindly request you to track your shipment regularly and ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
  5. Undelivered or Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us because the customer is unavailable to receive it or is unable to accept delivery: For Re-dispatch, the customer will be responsible for paying the applicable shipping charges for sending the package again. For Refund, if the customer chooses not to have the package re-dispatched, the eligible product amount will be refunded after deducting the original shipping and packing charges.
